Program & service (re)design, development & evaluation
Applying our research expertise, our team has evaluated, (re)designed and developed programs and services in a variety of intersecting areas, including: homelessness; domestic, family and sexual violence; child development and protection; incarceration, rehabilitation and justice reinvestment; education, training and employment; drugs and alcohol addiction; and health education and promotion.
Catherine Holmes Consulting has a nuanced understanding of the socio-cultural, economic and geo-political contexts that shape the everyday lives of community members and which define policy and service provision across the Territory. We strive to empower and build the capacity of practitioners and leadership to identify existing program and service strengths, challenges and opportunities, and capitalise on these for better and sustainable outcomes.
Organisational reviews
We have completed organisational reviews for non-government human services organisations, as well as private enterprises.
Our reviews have examined: ‘functional alignment’ (how an organisation’s functions and activities align with their charter, strategic objectives, best practice and funding agreements); ‘effectiveness and efficiency’ (to identify the opportunities that exist for an organisation to improve its outputs, outcomes and impact); and ‘capability’ (to explore the extent to which an organisation’s structure, people and governance align with its charter, strategic objectives, best practice and funding agreements).
We will work with you to tailor a review that is responsive to your needs and priorities and which aligns with your timelines and budget.
